1. How can I order from this website?

Please follow the following instructions:

It might be a problem caused by our system maintenance - Please wait 30 minutes and try again.

If the above methods still do not work, please contact customer service and a customer service representative will help you to resolve the issue.

3. Accepted payment methods.

Using Your Credit Card or Debit Card

We currently accept Visa credit card payment from most locations worldwide. Paying by credit card or debit card is safe, easy and convenient at our website.

  2. On the Order Information page,under Payment Methods,select Credit Card/Debit Card.
  3. Fill in the required information carefully.
    Please note we only deliver goods to the card holder's billing address (the name & address shown on your card statement) with signature required. If you have a different shipping address, we will call you and E-mail you to verify your order. If we are not able to reach you within two days, or the phone number you provided is invaild, your order will be cancelled.
  4. After reviewing your payment details, click "processed to check out",Paying by credit card is a quick, secure, and convenient way to order from us.

We do not store or review your credit card & personal information. 4. After payment, how can i check the status of my order?

During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information,and you can contact us derectly, we will also email you the tracking number.
 

5. Do you have a guarantee or warranty?

We choose products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. In this way, we guarantee the quality of our products.
We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.
We have a QA team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

7. Will I need to pay customs fees on my order?

No hidden charges or taxes are added to the price of your purchase from us. However, since we are a Chinese company, the orders we send you will be considered imports and may be taxed depending on the total value of your order, the type of product, or your countrys rules. If taxes do apply, you will likely be asked to pay on delivery.

Our Policy:
Customs duties or import taxes may be applied once a package reaches its destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in China/Hong Kong.
Resellers and dropshippers: Please ensure you abide by tax and other regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country, and that you inform customers of any taxes they may owe the courier on delivery.
 

8. Do I have to provide a phone number when ordering?

If you place an order with us, we will ask for a phone number along with your shipping address information. Your phone number is needed just in case we or the shipping carrier need to reach you regarding your order.We will use your phone number strictly for the purpose of contacting you with urgent issues related to your order, and we do not share your personal information with third parties.
 

9. Can you ship to a FPO/APO address?

Most of our couriers cannot deliver to FPO/APO box addresses, so please offer a complete street address in order to ensure delivery of your package.
 

10. Is it safe to shop at this website?

We go to the extreme to ensure the safety of our customers' information. We do not store your payment information on the website.
 

11. How can I cancel an order? Before payment and after payment.

Cancel Your Order Before Payment

If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order.
Note:
If your order is more than a week old you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, as prices, shipping rates and/or currency conversion rates may have changed. In this case, simply reorder your item.

Cancel Your Order After Payment

If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours. But you may have to cover the 5% commission fee of credit card payment.

Change Your Order After Payment

Please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.To add Items to your order without canceling any previous items, contact us. There is no charge for this service.
Note:
If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
If you cancel an order both refund or credit are available.

 

12. What's the Return Policy

Our return policy is:

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. If there is something wrong , please contact us within 3 days after you get the parcel. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

If you want to replace to other model/color/size , you would have to return your items back for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer . We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges , you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you . And to return an item , you must email us and inform us of the reason.
 

13. How can i return a faulty item?

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time weare able to sort out the problem through our technical support without you having to send anything back.

However, if you are still unsatisfied with the item, you can request a return, repair or replacement under our Return Policy.
Please Login to My Orders and click on the order number of the item you are dissatisfied with to apply for your return.
Generally we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we cannot cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.
If you did not buy your product directly from us, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.

TIP:
You must contact us before you send anything back, we will send you a Return Form that must be included when you send the product to us.
 

14. How do i cancel an order placed wrongly?

  1. Cancellation before payment

    We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we are not processing your order.
  2. Withrawing an order after payment

    If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
    If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packaging process so you still time to make changes.
    If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
    If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.
    If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.

Estimated delivery time= Processing time (The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse)+ Shipping time (The time for your item(s)to travel from our warehouse to your desination)= 6~8 working days.
Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2012) and Chinese New Year (January 23, 2012), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-4 days.
 

18. Why can't I choose my desired courier?

Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.
 

19.What if i have problems in using the product I ordered?

Firstly please check the English manual that comes with the product, or you can search for online manuals or check blogs for advice. If you still cannot resolve the issue, please submit a request to Customer Service.Our customer service representatives will offer you professional tech support and help you assess if your product is defective.
 

20. What If You Want To Order A Lot More? Can You Give Me A Good Quotation?
